rub a dub dub

Baby Andrew has fallen into the unfortunate habit of pooping in the tub.  Although, Andrew and Grace love taking baths together we have been making sure Andrew is in and out as fast as possible...before he has the opportunity to get too comfortable, if you know what i mean.   Tonight we were fast enough.  Grace does not poop in the tub so she gets to stay until the water is cold and her toes are shriveled up.

After Andrew got a diaper on, he made his way back to the tub.

Grace enjoyed trying out some new hairdos for her Little Buddy and, as usual, Andrew loved the attention from his super cool big sister.

By the way, my bathroom looks super dirty, but I swear it isn't!  That is a consequence of a baby that likes to crap in the tub, lots of scrubbing....

GUACAMOLE

2 avocados, coarsely mashed (if that makes sense)

1 jalapeno, minced

1 med. tomato, chopped

1 sm. red onion diced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 c diced mango (optional)

cilantro (as much as you like)

kosher salt

lemon or lime juice

Mix together and serve.  Instead of the mango, you could also include roasted corn, fresh corn, or pineapple. I like to add a little extra of the ingredients that gives it a kick (especially if I put something sweet in like corn or pineapple) like the jalapenos, garlic and red onion.
