Pumpkin Muffins

A little past the season for pumpkin food, but these are delicious!

Great way to keep a toddler occupied for 5 minutes - ask her to put liners in a muffin pan.

I add a bit of vanilla, top with oats & cinnamon sugar or chocolate chips.

Grace wants her 3rd birthday to be bumblebee themed and we are already working on it.....

I have always loved this coffee table book of my mothers - I remember paging through it as a little girl.

When I saw it in a "give away" pile at my parents I snatched it up with the intention of framing some of the beautiful illustrations...and it sat at my house for months. Until I got the latest pottery barn catalogue in the mail.
